Returns and exchanges

Unwanted hair

Returning unwanted items is not a problem. All we ask is that they're returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or within 28 days of receipt for a credit note totalling the order value, less delivery. All hair must be unused (only full packs accepted), in perfect condition and in their original packaging, with swing tag still attached. Hair returned to us that does not meet these requirements will be sent back to you at your expense (normally our standard delivery charge).

Please inform us as soon as possible of your desire to return unwanted items by logging on to: Please await our authorisation of return, then carefully package and send the goods back to us at the address below using recorded / trackable delivery and ensure a copy of your invoice / receipt accompanies the return. We strongly recommend that you use some form of recorded delivery and that goods are securely packaged and insured as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged hair.


Damaged or incorrect / missing items

We take great care to ensure all items you receive are correct and undamaged. However, in rare cases where incorrect items are received or items listed on the delivery note are missing or damaged please inform us within 48 hours of receipt by logging on to: We will investigate immediately and contact you promptly with the next steps. You will be reimbursed the cost of delivery if you are required to send anything back to us. Please note that photographs will be requested as proof of damaged items.



We regret that exchanges are not currently possible. Should you wish to order an alternative colour / style / length of hair, please follow the returns procedure above and place a new separate order via the website.
