Please read through the following carefully as it contains important information about your rights, obligations, limitations and any applicable exclusions.
All products are subject to stock availability, which is monitored closely. If there is insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will contact you (usually via email), confirming which item(s) are out of stock and giving you a new estimated date for delivery. We will not be obliged to offer compensation for any disappointment caused, but aim to deal with such matters in a timely fashion.
You must have registered and be logged in on our website to submit a product review. We thank you for sharing your views with us and other customers. All reviews will be verified before they are posted to the site. In order for your review to be published, please follow our guidelines.
- Be relevant to the product in question and not related to your experience of purchasing or having the item delivered
- Not contain derogatory comments directed towards other reviewers
- Not contain content that might be considered unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, sexually gratuitous, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
- Not make false statements, defame or impersonate others
- Not contain spamming, advertising, HTML or computer script
- Not contain personal information about anyone - including you - such as phone numbers, postal addresses or credit card numbers
- Not be submitted by suppliers or manufacturers
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the site at any time. All purchases are subject to availability and Tiwani Heritage Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason.
All prices are inclusive of VAT and are quoted in Pounds Sterling unless otherwise stated.
Special offers are subject to availability (while stocks last) and may change without notice.
Cancellation and amendment of orders
We regret that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. If your order has already been dispatched from the warehouse, then you'll need to return any unwanted items following our returns procedure. If your order hasn’t yet been processed by the warehouse, we may be able to cancel or amend it, depending on the nature of the amendment. Cancellation and amendment of orders cannot be done outside of usual business hours.
Payment in full is required to be made by any of the following credit/debit cards: Visa (including Electron), MasterCard,Maestro, PayPal and Google Pay through this website prior to dispatch of goods. Payment in full (cleared funds) is required before any goods are dispatched. Please allow ample time for large quantities of items to be delivered.
Damaged or incorrect / missing items
We take great care to ensure all items you receive are correct and undamaged. However, in rare cases where incorrect items are received or items listed on the delivery note are missing or damaged please inform us within 48 hours of receipt by logging on to: https://tiwaniheritage.com/a/returns. We will investigate immediately and contact you promptly with the next steps. You will be reimbursed the cost of delivery if you are required to send anything back to us. Please note that photographs will be requested as proof of damaged items. See our returns policy for more details.
Your online account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe that your password has become known to anyone else, you must change it as soon as possible and inform us immediately.
Ownership of stock
We will retain ownership of the items you order until we receive full payment for the order including any applicable delivery charges. Once the items have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited without express permission. All trademarks reproduced on this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and / or be a criminal offence.
Tiwani Heritage is entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders if order fulfilment is delayed, hindered or prevented through circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances may include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, acts of God or failure to deliver by suppliers or couriers.
