Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days however this can vary due to stock availability.

As standard, we use the Evri economy (3-5 business days, tracked) delivery service (£4.50) for all orders dispatched by us to UK mainland addresses. 

Orders placed online before 1pm GMT will be eligible for next day delivery by DPD (1 business day, tracked and signed for, £6.50) if this delivery service is selected. This applies to orders placed Monday to Thursday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed before 1pm GMT on Friday will normally be delivered on the Monday. This service is subject to stock availability.

We regret that delivery to areas outside of the UK is not currently possible.

Please note that in some circumstances a delivery surcharge may need to be applied for large and/or bulky items either inside or outside of mainland UK. However you will be informed of this before your order is dispatched.

 

Free delivery offer

On occasion we offer free delivery as part of a special promotion. We also apply free standard delivery (3-5 business days) on orders placed via tiwaniheritage.com, totalling £25 or more for delivery to UK mainland (excluding rural Scotland) only.
